Role & Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services in a healthcare facility
- Utilize BLS Certification and CPI to support patient care
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatments
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical social work experience
- Valid BLS Certification and CPI required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a healthcare team environment
