Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Responsibilities

• Advocating for patients and families
• Cooking and coordinating resources
• Delivering grief counseling
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across various community settings such as homes and facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in social services, counseling, or psychology required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience or education in grief and loss counseling required.
• Current state licensure and Healthcare Provider Level BLS.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or community settings is a plus.

Skills & Duties

• Provide patient-centered social work services focused on pain management, counseling, spiritual support, and bereavement.
• Work within interdisciplinary hospice teams to support patients and families.
• Occasional work in homes, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities.

Additional Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630, with occasional weekends.
