About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant Level II for a position in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to mobility training, exercise programs, and patient education.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
- Ensure all patient records are accurately documented and maintained according to facility policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma state license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in inpatient settings preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
