Travel LDRP/OB RN - $2,851 per week

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) team. This role involves delivering safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care through the full nursing process. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Administer direct patient care throughout the lifespan to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Provide clear and culturally sensitive education to patients and families, ensuring health literacy and successful transitions of care.
• Supervise and guide licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other ancillary personnel.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
• Float to other departments as needed, with appropriate orientation and training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support hospital operations and patient needs.

Requirements

General Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Mexico or valid Multi-State Compact (eNLC) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (or equivalent).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
