Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,516 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel nursing assignment in Show Low, Arizona.
About the Role
This 13-week assignment begins on August 24, 2026, with a schedule of 12-hour day shifts and a total of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with pre-eclampsia and high-risk conditions
- Perform C-sections and manage fetal monitoring, including actions for fetal distress
- Handle OB emergencies with strong assessment skills
- Function in Labor & Delivery and couplet care settings
- Care for high-risk patients until the provider arrives
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN AFM)
- Proficient in fetal monitoring and managing fetal distress
- Experience with high-risk patients and OB emergencies
- Ability to work in both L&D and couplet care
- Active license to submit (BSN not required)

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to confirmation.
