Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,491 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel nursing assignment in Austin, Texas.

About the Role

This assignment lasts 13 weeks and is scheduled to start on July 13, 2026. The role involves 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery
• Demonstrate competency in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
• Perform Sterile Vaginal Exams (SVE)
• Assist with C-Section circulation
• Respond to neonatal resuscitation and stabilization needs

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Nursing degree
• 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• STABLE program certification
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) competency
• SVE (Sterile Vaginal Exam) competency

Preferred Qualifications

• Internal monitor placement competency
• Experience in a Level IV (high-volume) unit
• Previous HCA assignment or employment

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
