About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Nebraska City, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for laboring and delivering mothers and their newborns
- Assist physicians during deliveries
- Monitor mother and baby's health status
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary
- Document patient care and treatment in medical records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nebraska
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Skills
- Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Pay
