Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,407 per week

Job Description & Requirements

We're seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a community hospital providing comprehensive maternal care. This position requires flexibility to assist on the Med-Surg unit when patient census allows.

Assignment Highlights

• 13-week travel contract
• 12-hour shifts
• Float to Med-Surg as needed
• EMR: Athena
• Fetal Monitoring System: PeriCalm
• Unit Details: 3 Labor & Delivery beds, Postpartum care provided in patient rooms with overflow rooms available, Approximately 120–130 births annually, Family practice providers manage obstetric patients

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Current:BLS
• NRP
• Fetal Monitoring Certification
• Recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Willingness to float to Med-Surg when needed

Responsibilities

Labor and delivery nursing care

• Maternal and postpartum assessments
• Newborn stabilization and education
• Patient and family education
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary care team
• Support Med-Surg patients when assigned within competency
