Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel nursing assignment in Grinnell, Iowa.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment begins on August 17, 2026, with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery, including ICU/Intensive Care settings.
  • Utilize Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) and other required certifications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams in a facility-specific trauma level environment.

Requirements

  • 24 months of Labor & Delivery (LD) experience.
  • 24 months of current ICU/Intensive Care experience.
  • Active Iowa/IA license or compact/multistate license at time of submission.
  • EPIC experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Skills checklist specific to ICU/Intensive Care discipline.

Certifications

  • BLS (AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross).
  • ACLS (AHA/American Heart Association).
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
  • Intermediate EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring).
  • AWHONN and EPIC certifications.

Preferred Experience

  • Nursery/Mother-Baby experience.
  • Postpartum experience.
  • Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the last 24 months.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
