Travel Nurse RN Labor & Delivery assignment at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. Assignment duration is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide care to mothers and newborns in the labor and delivery unit.
• Perform clinical assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Adhere to BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification standards.

Requirements

• Active Georgia or compact RN license (copy required).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year recent labor and delivery nursing experience (some listings note two years).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (copies required).
• SSN and date of birth required for onboarding.
• One professional reference from entire work history.
• RTO policy: up to 3 days maximum, no holidays, must be completed prior to job offer.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with Labor & Delivery specialty; experience as outlined above; ability to work 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours weekly.
