About the role
American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate safe vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor fetal and maternal status using electronic fetal monitoring and intervene as needed.
- Assist in neonatal stabilization and immediate newborn care to support healthy beginnings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in Labor and Delivery.
- High risk obstetric experience.
- Immediate newborn care qualified.
- Qualified applicants MUST have NRP, BLS/ALS, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
- Valid RN license.
- Be willing to obtain North Carolina licensure.
