About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment starting July 6, 2026. This position requires 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and starts immediately.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients during labor and delivery
- Assist physicians with deliveries
- Monitor patient health and vital signs
- Administer medications as necessary
- Document patient care and medical history accurately
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of labor and delivery procedures
- Experience with neonatal care
- Effective time management and organization skills
