Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,935 per week
Job Summary
The RN will provide specialized care in a Level 1 Obstetric and Nursery setting, supporting approximately 18-20 births per month. The role includes managing labor, postpartum, and newborn care while following AWHONN guidelines and working within a collaborative team environment.
Job Details
- Responsible for independent labor, postpartum, and newborn patient care
- Titrating drips such as Pitocin, Magnesium, and occasionally insulin
- Triage obstetric patients
- Future potential to scrub or circulate C-sections
Required Qualifications
- BLS, NRP, ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of OB experience
- Valid RN license
- Experience with EFM documentation and in a Level 1 Obstetric and Nursery environment
- Located within the area
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Neopuff-T Piece equipment
- Certitude in EFM documentation
- Flexibility to float to all departments on low census days as needed
