Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,720 per week

Job Summary

Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position in Spokane, Washington. This role involves providing high-quality obstetric care within a Level II Trauma Center alongside a dedicated team. The position requires flexibility to float between units, with a focus on managing high-risk pregnancies and delivery procedures.

Schedule

• Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Float rotation may be required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington or Compact RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications
• 0 years of experience
• Knowledge of high-risk labor and delivery procedures, including antepartum management, induction, augmentation, and maternal emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Labor and Delivery department with high-risk patient care
• Proficiency with Epic electronic charting system
• Recent experience with complex obstetric cases including VBAC/TOLAC and multiple gestations

Responsibilities

• Managing a variety of obstetric conditions such as pre-eclampsia, diabetes, and placental issues
• Monitoring patient vitals
• Assisting with sterile exams
• Supporting labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• The unit handles approximately 200-300 births per month and supports neonatal and maternal emergencies using advanced equipment and protocols
