Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,260 per week

Job Summary

L&d (Labor and Delivery) RN Multiple Locations. This position involves providing specialized care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. The role requires flexibility to float between units and facilities based on patient needs, with responsibilities including high-risk obstetrics and neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Providing care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Assisting with high-risk deliveries
• Monitoring fetal status using external fetal heart monitor systems
• Administering medications such as magnesium sulfate and Pitocin
• Performing sterile speculum exams
• Assisting with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Managing postpartum hemorrhage
• Other related duties

Requirements

• AWHONN Intermediate certification
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• At least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing
• Valid state license (compact license accepted)
• Must have a vehicle for the assignment

Schedule

• Nights shift, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start date: 09/28/2026
• End date: 12/28/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Required to work three of five holidays

Additional Information

• Floating to various units including labor, mother-baby, and antepartum
• Possible requirement to float between multiple facilities on the assignment
