Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,260 per week

About the role

Provide specialized obstetrical and postpartum care within a comprehensive maternity unit, delivering high-quality patient care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients, including assisting with high‑risk deliveries, fetal monitoring, and neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patient care
• Assist with high‑risk and low‑risk deliveries
• Perform fetal monitoring (external and internal)
• Support neonatal resuscitation and postpartum care
• Assist with sterile procedures and sterile speculum exams
• Triage obstetrical patients
• Manage patient acuity based on staffing standards
• Administer blood and blood products

Requirements

• Current RN licensure (pending validation)
• BLS, FHM, and NRPN certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and delivery
• Completion of required compliance modules

Qualifications

Required: Experience with antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum care, fetal monitoring, sterile speculum exam, triage of obstetrical patients, use of external and internal fetal monitoring, administration of blood and blood products, and neonatal resuscitation; facility birth volume of 100‑200 to 200‑300 births per month.

Preferred: Experience in LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) units; consideration for candidates with labor/delivery experience only.
