Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,240 per week

Job Summary

Labor and Delivery Nurse specializing in Obstetrics (L&D) is needed in the Iowa region. This role involves providing high-quality care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages in a facility that handles approximately 19 to 31 deliveries per month. The position requires active involvement in obstetric patient care, including neonatal nursery responsibilities, with an emphasis on supporting patients through the childbirth process.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Iowa or multistate compact Nursing license
• 24 months of current Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience
• Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM), NRP, BLS, ACLS, and AWHONN
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Postpartum and nursery experience
• Able to float to Med Surg or ICU as needed
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
