Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,040 per week

About the role

Labor and Delivery Nurse (L&D) Clinical Setting, Virginia This position involves providing specialized care in the Obstetrics (OB) - Labor and Delivery department, supporting both Labor and Delivery and Nursery units within a Level 3 OB facility. It requires a compassionate and experienced nurse to deliver quality patient care during nights, ensuring the safety and well-being of mothers and newborns.

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications
• Intermediate fetal monitoring or above certification
• Stable (STABLE) certification for nursery
• Minimum 1 year of experience in OB/L&D nursing

Preferred:

• Experience in general OB, Labor and Delivery, and Nursery care
• Knowledge of OB delivery and nursery treatment protocols
• Ability to handle low-volume OB units with less than 15 deliveries monthly

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
