Required Qualifications
- Valid Maryland or Compact State registered nurse license
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Flexible to float within the specialty and sister units as needed
- No minimum experience required, but 1 year preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous charge experience
- Community hospital experience
Certifications
- BLS
- NRP
- CPI (Calm Every Storm online certification accepted from approved vendors)
Skills
- Ability to administer blood and blood products
- Absorb sterile speculum exams
- Provide postpartum and newborn care
- Interpret dysrhythmias
- Perform venipuncture
- Maintain central lines
- Use fetal monitoring equipment
Additional Information
- Must complete onboarding labs within 72 hours of signing contract
- Compliance documents due 5 days prior to start date
- Candidates should be comfortable floating and working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay Package
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
