Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 8-week assignment in Flowood, Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assist with the management of laboring mothers and newborns.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor fetal heart tones and other vital signs.
• Prepare operating rooms and assist with surgical procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Mississippi.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
• Basic computer skills.
