Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Oxnard, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Assist physicians during deliveries and monitor mother and baby health.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and treatments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current California RN license.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of obstetric care and newborn care.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
