Pulse Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a 13‑week assignment in Shakopee, Minnesota. The role involves providing comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns in a Level II nursery setting, working night shifts (4×12‑hour, 19:00‑07:30) for 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns in a Level II nursery setting.
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status during labor.
• Assist in triage and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
• Facilitate post‑partum care, ensuring both mother and infant are supported during recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
• Post‑Partum experience required.
• Level II Nursery experience required.
• Certifications: BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required.
• IV start skills required; triage experience preferred.
• First‑time travelers are accepted.
