About the role

Northwestern Rural Iowa hospital is seeking a travel Labor and Delivery RN to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and manage postpartum care.
• Monitor fetal and maternal health and ensure a safe delivery environment.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights.
