Travel Labor and Delivery RN - $2,592 per week

Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts.

Unit description

25-Bed Labor & Delivery Unit which encompasses: L&D, PP, NBN, 2 OR's, 2 RR's and 2 ANU rooms. Bed count: 5 LD Rooms, 12 PP, 2 OR's, 2 RR, 2 ANU rooms with 4 beds. Average daily census 15-25 mothers, babies and labors.

Responsibilities

• Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care
• Rotating shifts between 7:00am to 7:30pm, 11:00am to 11:30pm, and 7:00pm to 7:30am with EOW
• Day Rotate position is primarily a Day position with rotation to Eves and Nights as needed (straight Days not available)
• 36 or 48 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights
• Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 Active Labor, Magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL; PP 1:3-4

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN License
• 3 years minimum experience
• BLS, NRP & EFM (every 2 years for L&D)
• EMR: EPIC
• Floating: Not required

Qualifications

• Skill Sets Required: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care
• AHA ACLS (preferred)
