About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Assist physicians with deliveries and monitor mother and baby’s condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Labor & Delivery RN, or exceptional candidates with strong passion.
- Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
