Travel Labor and Delivery RN - $2,216 per week

About the role

Meda Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment starting August 4, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting.
• Assist physicians during deliveries and monitor fetal heart tones.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician.
• Document patient progress and vital signs accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as an RN.
• Current state licensure.
• BLS/ACLS/NRP/AWHONN certification (at minimum).

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledge of postpartum care and newborn care.
