Travel Labor and Delivery RN - $2,131 per week

About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a hospital contract in Baltimore, Maryland. The position is expected to start on August 24, 2026, and last for 13 weeks, with a 36-hour workweek and a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vitals, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN and neonatal teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in Cerner or other electronic medical record systems.
• Assist with scrub duties and maintain sterile environments during deliveries.
• Support mother/baby units and float across related units as needed.
• Respond to call-ins and participate in rotating weekend shifts.

Requirements

The right candidate will have a current RN license, BLS certification, and experience in labor and delivery. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
