Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Issaquah, WA. The facility is an acute care hospital with 167 beds, uses Epic charting, and accepts compact licenses. The unit handles 200‑300 facility births per month and provides high‑risk antepartum care.

Requirements

• 1 year of labor and delivery nursing experience
• Current Washington RN license or compact license
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM
• Skills: Administration of blood & blood products, Anticoagulation therapy, Antihypertensives, Assist with high risk delivery, Circulate for C-section, Epidural Anesthesia, High Risk Antepartum, Insulin drips, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Labor & Delivery, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Maintain central lines (CVC / PICC), Pain assessment & management, Recover C-Section, Sterile vaginal exam, Triage of obstetrical patients, Use of IUPC placement and calibration, Use of PCA (IV), Wound assessment/care

Pay

$3,323 to $3,485 per week (taxable wages plus tax‑free expense reimbursements)

Schedule

Night shift: 4 × 12‑hour shifts, 19:00 – 07:30
