About the role

Immediate opening for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Paoli, IN. Assignment length 13 weeks, night shift (3×12‑hour shifts 04:00‑16:30), start date 11/23/2026, using Cerner charting at a 25‑bed Critical Access facility. Openings: 1. Facility accepts compact licenses; patient ratios are 2 couplets on nights and weekends.

Pay

$2,255 to $2,448 per week (taxable wages plus tax‑free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

Night shift: 3 × 12‑hour shifts, 04:00‑16:30.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Current Indiana RN license or compact license.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate.

Skills

• Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation)
• Labor & Delivery care
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Sterile vaginal exam
• Triage of obstetrical patients
• Vaginal delivery
