About the role
The Great hospital in western Minnesota is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will work a D/N ROT (Day/Night Rotation) schedule of 12 hours per shift and 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting
- Assist with deliveries and monitor mother and baby’s health
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus

- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
