Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,826 per week

About the role

A small IA hospital in need of an RN to work L&D who is comfortable to work Med/Surg as well when there are no births. Facility sees roughly 6-10 births a month.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and provide postpartum care.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred but not required.
