About the role

The hospital in Prince Frederick, Maryland, is seeking a Labor and Delivery (L&D) travel nurse for a 13-week assignment. The position offers 36-hour workweeks, 12-hour shifts, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the labor and delivery unit
• Assist with postpartum and nursery care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland
• Current BLS certification

• Passionate about travel nursing and providing exceptional patient care

The estimated pay package is based on bill rate at the time the job was posted. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12-hour shifts are available right away. The traveler will need to work Post Partum and Nursery as well. This hospital does just under 1000 births a year.
