Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel nursing assignment in Mountain Home, Idaho.
About the Role
This 13-week assignment begins on August 10, 2026, with a 12-hour night shift and 36 hours worked per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, newborn nursery, and OB Triage
- Float to MedSurg as needed
- Titrate drips, including Oxytocin and Magnesium
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, newborn nursery, and OB Triage
- MedSurg experience preferred
- Current certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, BLS, NRP, PALS, STABLE
- License to Submit required
- BSN not required
- First-time travelers considered
Support
- Charge RNs on each shift
- Supervisors available on 11 out of 14 shifts
- Dedicated U.S.-based recruiter and support team throughout the assignment

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
