About the Role

Travel L&D RN assignment in Asheville, NC, placing you in an 853-bed hospital that serves as the region's only Level I trauma center and features a Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). This teaching hospital is Magnet-recognized for nursing excellence and provides advanced maternity and women's health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Utilize Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Apply strong perinatal care skills

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a compact state
• At least 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS certification (copy needed)
• NRP-AHA AAP - NRP Advanced certification (copy needed)
• CERT-FHM certification (copy needed)
• Travel experience: 1 assignment in General, AMN Travel
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last year
• Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN High Risk experience
• AMN travel experience within the last 12 months required
• SSN and DOB required
• Must start within 7 days of receiving offer
• 6-week Rapid Response contract, 48 hours/week
• No time off requests

• Circulating experience
• Cerner experience

Pay

Pay rate: $2544.00 - $2675.00 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
