Travel L&D RN - $2,267 per week

About the role

Travel L&D RN position in Austin, Texas. Unit has 32 beds; shift is 7 AM–7 PM on a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week. Alternating/rotating weekends; no call required. Scrubs: navy blue. EMR: Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for laboring patients, including SVD, C-sections, TOLAC, and cerclages
• Perform EFM, sterile vaginal exams (SVE), and C-section circulation
• Maintain 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Utilize internal monitoring when preferred

Requirements

• Active RN license
• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications
• Competency in EFM and SVE

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with internal monitoring
• Level IV / high-volume L&D experience
