This is a 13-week travel contract position requiring 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care processes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
