About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting July 30, 2026, in Litchfield, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in Labor and Delivery Med Surg units.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery Med Surg preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Knowledge of labor and delivery procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
