Travel IV Therapy RN - $2,050 per week

About the role

Unit Name: IV Therapy. All IV Therapy Registered RN's must be able to achieve and maintain the required core IV Therapy skills/competencies for the department.

Responsibilities

• Peripheral IV insertion
• CVAD dressing change
• Non-tunneled CVAD removal
• Reconstitution, instillation and removal of thrombolytic
• Access/de-access implanted ports
• Repositioning a peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC)
• Ultrasound Guided IV lines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in IV/Venous Access team
• Active MA RN License
• AHA BLS certification

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Skill sets required: IV insertion, Ultrasound Guided IVs, PICC line insertion
• Patient population: all ages – neonatal, infant, pediatrics, adult, & geriatrics

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, days
• All day shift positions are rotating
• Floating: not required

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
