About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Infusion Level IV for a 13-week assignment starting July 29, 2026, in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide infusion therapy services under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report any issues to supervising personnel.
- Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.
- Ensure sterile technique and follow infection control procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Vermont.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in infusion therapy preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems for documentation.
