Job Details
- Must have Cath Lab experience.
- Work hours: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 4 days a week, minimum 9 shifts per month.
- Must be able to respond within 30 minutes of a page.
- Call coverage required 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
- Must know how to operate the C-Arm Machine and perform routine LEAD maintenance.
- Assist in Cath Procedures and PCIs.
- Experience with insertion of Impella and balloon pump devices.
- Scrub IR procedures including Nephrostomy Tube Insertion, PICC insertion, Permacath Insertion, Pacemaker Insertion, Cerebral Thrombectomy.
Job Requirements
- Priority given to candidates with New Jersey ARRT license.
Schedule Information
- Shift: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work 4 days a week.
- Minimum 9 shifts per month.
- Call coverage 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Unit Specific Information
- Cath Lab unit experience required.

Additional Details
- Coverage of COVID-19 vaccine and booster required or declination completed.
- Proof of MMR immunity required (2 vaccines or positive titer).
- Annual respirator fit test required.
- Hepatitis B vaccination required; declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center.
- Influenza vaccine or declination required between November 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026; declinations not accepted at Shasta or Pampa Regional Medical Center.
- TB test within one year of start date required.
- Driver's License, State ID, or Passport required.
- Varicella vaccination or immunity required.
- Tdap vaccination required; declinations not accepted at Rhode Island Hospitals and Shasta Regional Medical Center.
- Physical/Health Statement required annually, must state clear to work.
- Prime OIG clearance required.
- Prime Core Competencies Exam with minimum 80% score required.
- Prime Skills Checklist required.
- Annual Prime Color-blind test required.
- National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date required with some state exceptions.
- Prime Agency Attestation required.
- Prime SAM/EPLS search required.
- Prime Badge Photo required.
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required.
- Prime Specialty Exam with minimum 80% score required.
- Prime Orientation Packet required.
- Signed Prime Job Description required.
- Prime Education Verification required (Diploma or Transcripts).
- DCI/BVP certification for Workplace Violence Prevention required.
- Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start required.
- Prime Resume required at time of offer acceptance.
- Two professional references required, including one from a manager or supervisor.
