Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,750 per week

About the role

Vibra Travels is seeking a Corporate Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech) for a 13-week assignment in Livingston, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures (e.g., angiograms, embolizations, stent placements)
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff
• Operate imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy, C-arms, and CT-guided systems
• Show exceptional attention to detail and multitasking in high-pressure environments
• Communicate effectively and think critically

Requirements

• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
• ARRT (VI) or (CV) certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience in a hospital setting

Qualifications/Skills

• Proficient in assisting with interventional procedures
• Strong understanding of radiation safety, sterile technique, and image-guided procedural protocols
• Skilled in operating imaging equipment
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
