About the role
The position is for a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist in Lewes, Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and explaining the procedure.
- Operate equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as angiography, biopsy, and embolization.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
Requirements
- 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
- One year of experience as a full-time Radiation Technologist.
- Clinical experience within the last two years.
- Current State Licensure.
- Current relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
