- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred

Pay
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $3579.40
- Weekly Wages: $2144.40
- Weekly M&I Per Diem: $560.00
- Housing Per Diem: $875.00
