Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Lewes, Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and applying sterile drapes.
• Operate equipment such as fluoroscopy machines, ultrasound devices, and contrast media delivery systems.
• Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and report any changes to the supervising physician.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a medical imaging or related field.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology or a related field.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
