Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,210 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will provide support to Interventional Radiologists in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using minimally invasive techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of interventional procedures under the supervision of an Interventional Radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering local anesthesia.
• Operate imaging equipment to monitor procedures and ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist from a recognized body.
• Experience in interventional radiology procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passport required for international travel.
