About the role
Nightingale Nurses is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in Charleston, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
- Operate imaging equipment and record images accurately.
- Prepare and administer contrast media and other necessary medications as directed.
- Ensure sterile technique during procedures.
- Document patient data and procedure details in medical records.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in West Virginia.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in interventional radiology technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to interventional radiology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $50-55 per hour.
Schedule
The shift is 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
