Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,120 per week

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) approved school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited program in invasive cardiovascular technology
• 2 years of experience
• valid ARRT certification or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• state licensing and background check as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interventional radiology procedures
• Familiarity with departmental protocols

Additional Information

• Demonstrates proper positioning and radiographic techniques for all interventional procedures
• Supports general radiographic procedures when needed
• Ensures aseptic technique and patient safety during procedures
• Affirms contrast under supervision of the proceduralist
• Communicates effectively with patients and team members, maintaining dignity and respect
• Properly identifies patients, reviews history, documents procedures, and ensures accurate coding and archiving
• Performs duties in compliance with system-wide competencies and behaviors
• Performs other duties as assigned
