Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $3,051 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will provide support to the interventional radiology team in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a physician.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to capture images during procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and other necessary medications.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with the interventional radiology team to ensure smooth operation of procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in interventional radiology.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical imaging equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

10 hours, rotating shift.
