About the role
CrossMed is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures.
- Operate equipment and monitor patient responses during procedures.
- Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in the state of Louisiana.
- Experience in interventional radiology or related field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized training program in radiologic technology.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Skills
- Proficiency with interventional radiology equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
