MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency, is seeking a quality Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel contract with one of our top healthcare clients in Springfield, Missouri. Start date: 09/06/2026.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 10-hour day shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the Interventional Radiology Department through technical support to the IR team.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, or radiology equipment to obtain images as specified by physicians.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures by monitoring, passing instruments and catheters, observing patient response, maintaining sterile field, and interpreting diagnostic data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain an environment of excellence focused on patient care.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.

Requirements

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
